Try and see it from the other side

Try and accept that this is the worse time in your relationship for you to get the other to see things your way. There is too much emotion in the air. It is not that the other is being deliberately difficult but they would never be able to see it or feel from your view as they are not you. And that applies to the reverse. You should not be expected to see it from their view. What we all need to do is be more accepting. Accept that is how someone feels. Accept that you upset them, even if you did not mean to. This only causes more arguments than you would like which then adds to your feeling of resentment.

If you are going to get divorced then make sure you have planned it right for everyone to come out the best they can. Your in-law may still need to be in your life, parents still need to be in children’s lives. Did you know that children become are more grounded when their divorced parents were still able to talk?

We are here to listen and we don’t charge to listen so why not call today and put one step in place.
